How to Play VectoFly

VectoFly is a free endless 3D plane game for players worldwide. Your goal is simple: stay in the air as long as you can and score as high as possible. This guide covers everything you need to start.

Quick start

Type a pilot name (use a nickname, not your real name).
Choose a difficulty and press Play or the Space bar.
Steer your plane, collect pills and fuel, and avoid the red spikes.
When the run ends, check your rank on the World leaderboard and try again.

Controls

Desktop: move the mouse, or use the arrow keys or WASD to steer.

Mobile and tablet: touch and drag on the screen to move your plane.

Keys: Space = play · P = pause · M = mute.

What to collect and avoid

Blue pills repair damage and add to your score.
Orange fuel cans refill your fuel so you can keep flying.
Red spikes cause damage. If the damage bar fills up, the run ends.

Fuel, damage and levels

Two bars at the top of the screen matter most: damage (keep it low) and fuel (keep it high). As you travel further you level up, and the plane flies faster, so react early and make small steering moves.

Difficulty levels

Pick Easy, Medium, Hard or Hell on the menu. Harder modes hit harder, spawn bigger and closer waves, speed up faster and burn fuel quicker, but they multiply your score and coins (x1, x1.25, x1.5 and x2).

Hangar: planes, paints and maps

Spend the coins you earn in the Hangar to unlock new planes and paint patterns, and open Maps to fly through different worlds. Coins and unlocks are saved on your device.

Global leaderboard

The World tab shows the best score for each pilot from around the globe. The This device tab shows your own best runs. Keep pilot names friendly; offensive names are removed.

Tips for a high score

Watch your fuel bar as closely as your damage bar.
Stay near the middle of the screen so you have room to dodge either way.
Learn the spike patterns on Easy, then move up for the score multiplier.
Grab pills when damage is high, but do not take big risks for them when it is low.
Play in short sessions and take breaks; the game has moving and flashing visuals.

Troubleshooting

Black screen or will not start: make sure JavaScript and WebGL are enabled, update your browser and reload.
Low frame rate: turn on hardware acceleration, close other tabs, or try Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
No sound: check the Music and Sound FX boxes on the menu and press M to unmute.
Lost progress: progress is saved in your browser, so clearing site data or using private mode will reset it.
